Amazing Modern Broadmoor Home, Hot Tub, Fire Pit , No Cleaning Fee.

This beautiful custom home offers breathtaking views of Cheyenne Mountain by day and sparkling city lights by night, all from a well-designed contemporary space. Located just 1.5 miles from The Broadmoor, 7 minutes to downtown, and close to restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, and outdoor recreation.

An architectural masterpiece, the main living area features floor-to-ceiling glass and an 8’ x 10’ folding door, creating seamless indoor/outdoor living with dramatic mountain views. The open floor plan includes a spacious living room with a 65” TV, large seating area, and a live-edge dining table for 12 guests, plus a custom coffee and tea bar.

Outdoor spaces are perfect for entertaining, with upper and lower patios, a large fire pit, seating for groups, and an 8-person hot tub overlooking the mountains. A 700-sq-ft deck is ideal for sunrise coffee or evening relaxation. The home is kid-friendly, offering a large backyard, jungle gym, pack-and-play, and baby gate.

The newly renovated master suite is a private retreat with mountain views, jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and direct access to the deck, hot tub, and fire pit. An oversized water heater ensures plenty of hot water for all guests.

The converted garage gym/game room includes home gym equipment and games. The walk-out basement offers a large great room, TV, and ping-pong table for entertainment.

Sleeping arrangements include a variety of beds and futons throughout the home and a detached bungalow with bunk beds (no bathroom). Additional fees apply for groups over 16 guests and for bungalow use (see house rules).

The perfect spot for large family gatherings

This property was perfect for our large family group! The enormous table that seated twelve was great for cards, games, and mealtime! The house had essentially two living spaces which made it great for people who were doing different activities - ping pong, puzzles, football, fire pit, and hot tub. Two refrigerator / freezers were greatly needed and used. Beautiful views were an added bonus.

Fantastic house for groups

The house was absolutely as advertised and the bungalow helped with our large group. There was plenty of space to spread out and the backyard area with hot tub was a huge plus. I would highly recommend this home for any groups in Colorado Springs.

Team Retret

The host is wonderful and very responsive.. The house is a great space for spending time together with a big open living room and wonderful outside deck. The kitchen i well equipped for cooking big meals. Always appreciated! The master closet converted to a bedroom is a bit weird, but gets the job done. Also, note that the 8th bedroom is actually the bungalow, not in the house. Overall a good option for big groups in Colorado Springs.

Family trip July 2024

We had a great time here! New to the Vrbo procedures but I think everything worked out well. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. The layout of the bedrooms was ideal for our family. We were on the go most of the time, but several family members used the hot tub and enjoyed it. We used the fire pit one night and it was very nice. A deer lives nearby and visited almost every day. All in all we had a very enjoyable stay!

Fabulous Family Reunion

Steve is an excellent host! The property was very well stocked with coffee and creamers, paper products, bath products and welcoming snacks. We loved the hot tub and coffee bar. The house is very conveniently located to Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, manitou springs, Cheyenne Mountain and the Broadmoor. We highly recommend this home!

Very nice property with all the amenities. Owner extremely nice and met us on arrival to greet us and show home and answer our questions up front. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds all very comfortable. Hot tub was great! Spacious living space for family gathering. Kids loved the ping pong, large yard and outdoor play structure. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great accommodations and location for a large group.

We fly members of our sales team in once a year for an annual sales meeting. They enjoy staying together in a house as opposed to having separate hotel rooms as they only get together once a year. Steve was very professional and accommodating to our needs. The house was perfect for us- it was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The backyard is to die for! I highly recommend!

Great spot for our company retreat!

This was the perfect space for our company retreat. There were 15 of us so I was a little concerned about the sleeping arrangements. This property had 7 real bedrooms and extra beds as well, exactly as advertised and perfect for what we needed. The owner Steve showed us around and was responsive for questions. Plenty of space to sit and talk, huge dining room table where we played games and drank wine. Weather was very cold so we couldn’t enjoy the outdoor deck that ran the entire back of the house, but it was bright and the views were beautiful. Great spot, highly recommend!

Awesome Family Retreat

Steve is an awesome host. He met us at the home to give us a personal tour and directions to make sure we know how to work the hot tub, door locks etc. Our family was there to attend the Fallen Fighter Memorial in honor of my brother-in-law. This home was big enough to host dinner for 27 people and easily had a place for everyone to sit inside and out. In our family and friends group, everyone had a beautifully appointed bedroom and plenty of bathrooms. Our adult children enjoyed staying in the bungalow. Every single person in our group absolutely loved this home, it was the perfect space for a large group of family and friends! The memories made here will be talked and laughed about for a lifetime. The location is very convenient for downtown, many attractions and the airport. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing house was perfect for my family.

We had 4 kids, 3 under 2. Yard was a life saver, jungle gym, hot tub, outdoor seating area and deer sleeping in yard !! Bedrooms enough for all and plenty of towels inside and out. Great coffee bar and able to cook a few meals with kitchen goods, and nice to have many spices, really anything we needed this house had.
