Luxurious, Quiet, Family, Perfect Location

Our remodeled home is perfectly located, a home base for roaming all the remarkable sites and scenery of the Pikes Peak region. Located in quiet neighborhood between Downtown and Old Colorado City everything is close. Old Colorado City blends its historic character with modern boutiques, award winning restaurants and local art galleries. Venturing downtown, to the Broadmoor, Garden of Gods, or the mountains is very easy to do.
The landscape will set this house apart from all others. This custom designed landscape focused on luxury, relaxation and fun for all who stay. As you enter the backyard you will first come to a covered porch area that holds a beautiful 8 person hot tub, and an outdoor table that seats eight. As you continue to explore the space you will be happy to find a custom gas fire pit with seating, arbors, potted plants and a beautiful patio. The side yard is fully equipped for some backyard fun! Artificial turf sets the stage for a fun round of corn hole, ladder toss, frisbee, or a game of soccer with the kids! Enjoy the additional seating area or join in the fun. This backyard space is a perfect place to start the day, enjoy the day, or unwind after a day exploring. With over 300 days of sunshine in Colorado the back yard is a bonus fun space for everyone to enjoy year round!

The home is completely updated with your stay in mind. Two of the rooms are equipped with TV’s, one up and one down. All the rooms have fans for white noise, ear plugs to block out your partners snoring, and the most comfortable mattress we have ever slept on. There are two bathrooms upstairs including a large beautiful bathroom in the master. The down stars has two bedrooms, one bath and a really fun theater room. This house will not disappoint, we could spend hours writing about all the amenities this place has but we think you should just come and see it for yourself.
The backyard is fenced off and is a perfect area for the kids to play with out the need for constant supervision. Internet: download speeds 300Mbps upload 100 Mbps

Perfect Place for a Wedding Weekend

We enjoyed our stay! There was always something to do when we were at the property such as the movie room, hot tub, or yard games. We enjoyed having the grill to utilize for dinner most night, as the evenings were our relaxation time.

We are two families with kids (6,13,15,& 16). The outdoor area was a hit with the adults & the kids loved the theater & arcade games. The home was very clean & had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Location is great-close to all attractions.

Very responsive owners, nice location central to many activities, loved the theater room, jacuzzi, beds. Well equipped, Didn’t have time to enjoy the fire pit or grill, but nice to have that option.

Perfect size!

We r njoyed the property, it was spacious and perfect for everything we wanted to do! The outdoor space was my favorite, hanging out in the hot tub and just and sitting by the fire was very relaxing. This house was literally close to the nightlife and touristy stuff we wanted to do :)

Great place to stay. The hit of our stay was the theater and game room. Central location for our site seeing activities. Only regret was we did not have enough time to use all the extra features the house offered. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Fun time in CO Springs

House was a great layout for our 2 families of various ages with a perfect area for the kids in the basement. They enjoyed the theatre room and hot tub. Kitchen had all we needed for our small meals.

Excellent Stay

The home was as advertised, plenty of space for all of us (3 adults, 3 kids). The primary bathroom was a very nice surprise, and we loved spending time in the hot tub and outdoor patio area! Everything worked, and hosts were accommodating with all of our needs. We would love to come back again!

Perfect Place To Make Memories With Family

We booked this home because we were in Co Springs for our dad to be honored at the fallen firefighter memorial—and I must say the owner/manager treated us with compassion and made sure our stay was comfortable and accommodating. The beds were comfortable, house was stocked with the necessities, and most importantly, it was a beautiful home with great outdoor space where we were able to be comfortable and make memories as a family. We would definitely stay again.

Centrally located, many amenities

We stayed with our kids and grandkids for a wedding at the Pinery, which was just minutes away. The house is also conveniently located to downtown and attractions such as Garden of the Gods. So many amenities which unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy - home theater, hot tub, bikes, basketball, awesome yard. The video game console was a big hit!

Girls weekend stay

The accommodations were perfect for our girls weekend! We didn’t even have enough time to take advantage of all the amenities but the space was perfect for enjoying time together. We only had trouble with regulating the temperature with the thermostat - seemed drastically different between upstairs and downstairs.
