Stayed for two nights with our two teens and it was peaceful and beautiful. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen supplies were more than adequate for a couple nights stay. Short drive from home but felt like we were some where else completely. We honestly cannot wait to go back; and check out another one of the tree forts!!

didn't like - at night when arrived could not see anyting anywhere - blue butterfly too small. Door code we were given did not work. NO AIR conditioning - thermostat was broken - too hot inside. Asked to take out the trash and wash the dishes. Outside fired pit was not ready to go. Couldn't use no instructions. Liked - bed, shower, large tv, toilet, view

Super cozy bed and sleeping lofts. Porch was amazing for sitting and chatting outside. Easily able to heat and cool the cozy space with the little AC unit or fireplace and overhead fan. Bathroom was just enough space. Loved having a pot of coffee every morning and enjoying it on the parch or up in the loft with a book.

The treehouse sits on a beautiful horse ranch. I was very quite and peaceful. It has everything you need to cook a meal and enjoy the birds singing. The only recommendation we have is to get a much brighter light in the shower.

This treehouse was adorable and I would recommend it. I was kinda bummed they wanted to charge me $50 to be a few minutes past checkout as it was pouring rain.

Good Stay at the Tree Fort.

Good experience overall with only a few things that would have made this a 5 star visit. It was a little inconvenient that there was no sink in the bathroom, there was a very strong smell of mothballs when we arrived and we looked everywhere for the garbage bin to throw away our trash at the end of the weekend, but couldn't find it. Other than that, the place was cozy and clean. Perfectly located if you are going to the Rennaissance Faire in town.

This was a cute tree fort, but some of the outdoor furniture was unusable. It would be good for a single family with younger children for the smaller beds. Although the a/c was helpful, it took up quite a bit of space.

The place was advertised with air conditioning. That didn’t exist. Stayed 3 nights , was asked every day if a maintenance person could come in. I said yes every time. Never happened . It was hot. So hot that our makeup was melting, as well as our chocolate. It took over an hour after check in to actually gain access to the place. (Which is interesting , given that they charge for late check out., literally by the quarter minute ). immediately communicated that there was no AC. I can show screenshots of conversations. I was told I would be compensated I was told that the owners could not see my responses through hotels.com. I was asked for my email. Nothing. They ghosted me. Honestly, I loved the location & it worked for my family. I would have booked this place over & over again, as this is a yearly thing. However, I’m gonna say everything that was wrong. Took over an hour to gain access The freezer is completely frosted over, could not use. Because there was no AC, we had to keep the door open for circulation. Which allowed bugs to come in. Had to shut it at night in fear of animals coming in. The green throw pillows were covered in a white spotty substance. The inside of the bathroom door had a nail sticking out. Not the head, the sharp side. At h ad height. I was told that I would receive compensation for the lack of AC. I was ghosted. I was told by the concierge & the owner that I was owed reimbursement. Nothing.

Awesome property but not enjoyable with no heat. Stayed in early September with overnight temperatures in the upper 40s - only heat in the treehouse is from the gas fireplace and the gas was not turned on and inaccessible to the guest. Called for "help" around 8:30 and it took an hour for a response and nothing was fixed. Contact stopped responding at 10:30 without resolving anything. Temperature in the room overnight fell into the low 50s. Contact never apologized or followed up on my stay. Great location but terrible service.

We loved our stay here! The cabin was secluded and had a sense of privacy even though the ranch it's on is busy. The kitchen area was small, but it had several small appliances either on the counter or in the cupboard to give options for food prep. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept great! When we had questions or problems, the staff responded quickly through text messages. One thing to keep in mind: this is a cabin, so expect it to be rustic. There will be some dust and bugs. There will be temperature changes, so open the windows if needed and use the fireplace. These weren't issues for us, but be aware if you're thinking of booking that this is a cabin, not a full house or hotel, so it won't have central air or upscale amenities. We only had two minor complaints: first, the instructions for how to get to the location and where to drop off trash were a bit confusing. Second, the bathroom wasn't super convenient. They only sink is in the kitchen, and the bathroom door had a metal sign on it that rattled when the door was moved. This made it a little noisy to use the bathroom at night! Overall, we loved the quiet, the comfortable beds, the beautiful location, and the luxury of having our own spaces while still being close together.

Upon arriving we found this property to be cozy and inviting. It was aesthetically pleasing and while anticipating a tight fit for our family it was actually roomy enough. It is worth noting in case you can’t tell from the pictures that there is no sink in the bathroom but we knew this beforehand and it wasn’t a problem. The host left plenty of towels for us, which was appreciated. While we didn’t have need of much of the kitchen area, it was well stocked with kitchen supplies as well as extra paper towels, trash bags, soap, etc. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were available in the bathroom as well. The short amount of time we had to sit on the deck around the fire pit was enjoyable. The only problem we encountered was a strong mothball smell in the double sized loft area where we found an open bag of mothballs. We were unable to use that area but thankfully we had an air mattress packed and sleeping wasn’t an issue. I would only recommend to check ahead of time that mothballs are removed and the place aired out before arrival. A previous reviewer said they couldn’t find the trash receptacle after their stay but we found it easily by following instructions the host gives in their email. There was one friendly orange cat who hung around which for our family was a pleasure. I give this property 5 stars because we would absolutely stay here again if we ever make it back to the area.

Very cute property. In a secluded area with farmland and animals. My family was so excited to stay in a treehouse, as it was our first time. My concerns were with the property owner/management. Communication and cleaniness could have been alot better. The property probably hasn’t been cleaned since the last renters. There were dead flies everywhere, even in the beds. The sheets and blankets smelled bad. We drove 12 hours to get there so getting in a nice clean bed would have been nice. I messaged them about the flies in the bed they never responded. The fire pit wasn’t working(no biggie) they came and fixed it the next day. But again if someone would have inspected the property prior to arrival none of this would be an issue. THE Trash, this really for under my skin. Each treehouse has to take their trash to the main house down the road. The person messaged me in the morning saying it was trash day. And to put the trash in the bright green cans outside the treehouse. We messaged back and forth because I didn’t have a bright green can. Why not have cans at each property. It was a lot of little things. My advice, if you don’t care about clean sheets or good communication. Go for it! Again very cute, we stayed for 5 days. My 11 year old son loved his space. If you smoke do not rent, if you like loud music do not rent, this is not a party rental space. Not much hot water in the shower. I stayed in plent air bnb or vrbo and this is the first review I have posted like this. Thanks

We arrived exhausted & ready to sleep only to open the door to a place that hadn’t been cleaned since the previous guests. Sink had dirty dishes, trash was fun, beds unmade, dirty towels on floor, I can keep going but that’s the basics. It was 8pm ish so getting in touch with a real person presented a challenge but finally did. Cleaning crew wasn’t able to come clean that night, which was expected but we couldn’t stay there in that condition, we left and found a hotel, here we are 5 days later and I’m still waiting on a refund or any type of update. This reservation was not last minute and there was NO excuse for the treehouse to not have been cleaned. Clearly we even arrived AFTER check in time.
