Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

On-site parking is available for your convenience. You'll be a short walk away from local restaurants, coffee shops, and the vibrant downtown district. Enjoy your own private entrance and a shared backyard. If you are traveling with a larger group, we also have another listing where you can rent both units together.

Sip your morning coffee in the light-filled lounge as sunbeams stream through tall Victorian windows. After a day exploring Colorado Springs, unwind with a quiet evening in the fenced backyard or a movie night on the 55” Smart TV. This thoughtfully restored lower-level suite blends historic charm with comfort and convenience just steps from downtown’s restaurants, trails, and art spots.

Sleeping arrangements
Settle into two private bedrooms, each furnished with a queen bed, soft linens, and extra pillows and blankets. Window AC units and gentle lighting create a peaceful retreat after your city or mountain adventures.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen features stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare meals—from a quick breakfast to a cozy dinner. Gather around the dining table for four, or head out to nearby cafés and restaurants within walking distance.

Living space
Relax in the open-plan living area where high ceilings and farmhouse-modern furnishings invite you to linger. Stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV or enjoy the quiet comfort of the sitting area with a book or a warm drink.

Bathrooms
Refresh in the main bathroom’s walk-in shower, complete with bathroom essentials. A convenient half bath off the living area adds extra comfort for families or small groups.

Step outside to the fenced backyard, a shared space perfect for morning coffee or catching some afternoon sun. Pets are welcome but should not be left unattended outdoors.

Whether you’re exploring the city or the outdoors, this inviting suite offers an ideal home base to rest and recharge.

We would highly recommend renting out a car to visit and tour the beautiful areas of Colorado Springs.

If you are not able to rent a car or drive then do no worry! Colorado Springs has some great options for public transportation. The main bus terminal is a few blocks away.

***PLEASE NOTE*** You are renting the lower level unit of a duplex property. This residence features two separate units that are both short term rentals–one main level suite and one upper level suite. The two units share the front door, but each unit has a private entrance. This is a historic 136 year old home! Please know older homes come sometimes creaky floors, and other quirks.
This home has two window AC units, one in each bedroom window. Kindly note there is no central AC in this unit.

For safety, security cameras are installed outside the property. No cameras are inside the property for your privacy.

Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $75 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum $500 fine.

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. We have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to ask us.
