"Gorgeous hotel. Room was very spacious and immaculate! Staff were helpful. Would highly recommend!"

2/10 Terrible

"The hotel was overbooked. The manager said they would refund part of the room cost since I didn’t get the room I paid for and never did. There was a private event scheduled on Friday night that took over the entire lobby and courtyard with drunk people and my 17 year old and I were unable to enjoy the historic atmosphere. I tried speaking to the front desk the next morning and they had no interest in our poor visit. It’s was an incredibly expensive stay for little benefit other than sleeping."

"Walls are thin, neighbor to us was blasting what seemed like Metallica until 11:30 pm. I asked the front desk to help with noise control at 10:30. Made for a very long road trip the next day. In the shower both soaps were labeled body soap. I’m assuming one was shampoo? We did enjoy the hot spring pool. Overall, Price was too high compared to value."

"We had a great stay, but struggled with a possibly broken bed. It was very sloped and uncomfortable. They accommodated a late check out and we used their lovely pool. They unfortunately they kieys weren’t updated for the late check out and we had to go back to the front desk to get new keys. When we got back to the room our water had been turned off. We called the front desk and apparently they were doing maintenance so no showers for us. Overall it wasn’t perfect but we would stay there again,"

"Really thought this place was a cool spot to stay at. The room itself was really nice and cozy and the staff was super friendly and helpful. My only complaints ate that my room didn’t have any hot water — tried everything to make it work, but no matter what I did, only cold water. I assume that’s not an every room thing so take that with a grain of salt. I also didn’t know there was going to be expensive valet option only for parking, but that could have been an oversight on my part. The biggest thing about this place and why I’d definitely recommend is its location. It’s right downtown so everything you could possibly need is in walking distance. Overall, I definitely recommend."
