Friendly staff, clean hotel, what more could you want?
The room was very nice / spacious and the bathroom was very clean. The pool area was impeccable and the lobby area of the hotel is nice for grabbing a free cup of coffee and reading/chatting, etc.
The breakfast (included) offered a nice range of hot and cold options and all were tasty.
Would definitely stay here again!

This was probably the nicest hotel I have stayed at during my travels. It was as nice as some resorts I have been to. The room was spacious, modern, clean, and surprisingly quiet considering I had a room right on the balcony above the front desk. However, the thing that made this stay as good as it was, is hands down do to the staff. Every single one of them was friendly, efficient, courteous and helpful. Excellent stay. We come here every year and will be back next year. Stayed in a one bedroom cabin. Not sure why we were not given the unit we had on on reservation that was sent to use though. Also, no hair dryer in the cabin - had to go purchase one. The property is beautiful and the staff is just as good. Highly recommend this as the place to stay when you come to the Dells area.
