"From start to finish, our stay at Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni was extraordinary. We wanted to splurge on somewhere special, and it was absolutely worth it. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Bellagio and steps from the ferry, with spectacular lake views. The concierge team helped us plan weeks before arrival and arranged all our transportation. They knew us by name, asked about our experiences, and made us feel truly cared for. Breakfast in the magnificent grand room was a daily highlight, as were our evening nightcaps in the grand ballroom with live piano music each night. We also enjoyed the onsite restaurant, La Goletta, and playing tennis on the lovely court. Highly recommend for a special stay in Lake Como. We cannot wait to return!"

"The hotel has an interesting history and a beautiful exterior. Interior is very modern and convenient. Staff were very helpful and dinner and breakfast great. It was super convenient to MXP for flying out early the next morning. Would like to have stayed longer but so glad we booked this hotel for our last night in Italy."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were there just after the season ended so the restaurant had sadly just closed. But the town was still lovely, we were able to get food easily. The front desk attendants were always very helpful and nice and the hotel was lovely. The view is unmatched. Honestly I am still thinking about sitting out on the balcony looking out at the mountains and the lake."
