"Hotel was clean,staff was efficient. Reasonably priced and very central to City centre. Covered parking was a godsend. Took a little while to find how to get to the Hotel itself. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. "Our room was on the top floor. The beams across the ceiling, unfortunately, came very close to the bed where my daughter hit her head twice. We unfortunately, were not aware that the ceiling was so low prior to reserving the room. The bed was comfortable with good pillows the TV worked but unfortunately, Netflix did not work. Because everything was in a different language, we were not able to use the television. For the amount of money we paid for this room we expected to have the services...

"This was a perfect place to stay in this quaint, charming little piece if Europe. Yomo Centric is situated right on the main pedestrian esplanade in the city center of Andorra La Vella. Restaurants, Caldera Spa, shopping of every kind, and a supermarket were all within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious and spotless. Closet could use more hangers and the front desk saw to our request for more of those. Terrific buffet breakfast in the morning. "

"Great little hotel in the middle of Vella. Perfect base for a few days skiing with a hire car. Connected internally to the 4 star Mecure, you have the use of a lovely swimming pool, decent gym and sauna and a really good buffet breakfast. Such good value for money even if the decor is a little dated. Room was comfy and spotlessly clean. Would return 100% if visiting for a few days skiing and needing a good value, comfortable and located base. "

"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. After several phone calls by the Spanish speaking staff we were sent a link via WhatsApp to complete all of the details for checking in. This was all in Spanish so the staff had to translate accordingly. It took over an hour of work from myself and the staff of the other hotel to gain access to the apartment an absolute disgrace and completely unacceptable. We paid a considerable amount of money to stay in the apartment and this is the service we get. Given the circumstances the staff should have immediately sent us the code to access the key and collected the remaining information, deposit and local taxes the next day. On top of that we only received one key which then made the whole stay hard work. The shower barely functioned and the water went from hot and cold, we had one set of towels for a family of 4 for the whole week. We paid a considerable amount of money to stay in the apartment and I've never expereicenced such poor service."
