"The front desk staff was extremely unfriendly. After traveling for hours with small children, we arrived expecting a warm welcome. Instead, the first thing we were told was that we were obligated to pay an additional $200 Euros because the reservation did not indicate we were bringing our 4-year-old daughter!
We ended up staying in the same type of room but paying $200 more just so our daughter could use the sofa bed. The rooms were dark and very hot. The AC did not work properly, and we were sweating the entire time.
The only positives were the views, the bellman Francesco, and the bed, which was decent.
Take your money elsewhere and stay somewhere you will be treated with respect. The front desk clerk showed zero compassion or care for exhausted parents traveling with young children who needed a room right away. Overall, it felt like a very sketchy business practice."
