The owner was very unresponsive, the check in "method" was just terrible (go to a local store, the shop keeper there is confused and not sure what to do, feel like you have to haggle for the keys), then get to the apartment to be hit with the strongest smells that cause immediate headaches. "Our family stay was amazing! The property is great, and the facilities are very good. Both rooms have A/C, and the location is convenient — about a 3-minute walk to a big supermarket, 6 minutes to the Metro, and 10–15 minutes to the Domodossola train station and tram. Check-in and check-out were smooth. The only downside was that one of the duvets had a stain. "

"It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. The kitchen with a very minimum staff, but electrodomestics good. The neighbourhood area not very nice, people around drinking and a lot of rubbish in the streets. It was excellent...

"Even after a prepaid booking. Property refused that they received any booking from hotels.com. they didn't entertain the booking advice of hotels.com. Both the property and hotels.com did a fraud and left me stranded in an alien city. Even hotels.com refused any support or replacement even after charging for the property."
