"short three day stay. bedroom a little basic but as to be expected. My only criticism would be that the bed was too firm. Bathroom was far better than I could have hoped - very nice indeed. The room was cleaned daily with fresh towels - excellent service. Breakfast was outstanding. Overall this hotel deserves a higher rating than three stars!"

"What an amazing stay! The check in staff was amazing and kind; the room was spotless upon arrival. The hotel breakfast is truly amazing, I cannot express how delicious everything was. Sad that we didn’t get to experience the spa but it’s nice that it’s available. The only downside is that the TV isnt a smart TV. Everything else more than made up for that. There’s also easy access to everything you’d like to do in Milan via the tram or walking distance."
