"Location: OK, but the Metro Station was about 800 meters from the Villa and at 30 degree weather it felt like a long walk. Cleanliness: Very clean. A/C: It independent A/C in every room including the dining room. In July you definitely need A/C in Milan. Grocery Store - Nice Supermarket about 800 meters from the apartment. Terrace: Incredible terrace. We enjoyed drinks in the terrace every night. Maintenance: Everything was working properly. Overall GREAT villa. I would definitely stay there...

"Breakfast was excellent and the view from the restaurant was amazing. Overall very nice hotel. Only complaint is room keeping staff walked into room unannounced to check on room."

"Very well located hotel. Rooms was spacious, clean, stylish and had a large balcony. There were however a few small issues - the check-in process wasn’t smooth. Federico was pleasant but the process took a long time as he couldn’t find our booking (after three or four searches). The amenities of the hotel were not pointed out. - the steam iron in the room was broken. Electrical item leaking water everywhere. When I called reception twice they didn’t answer. I then told the staff at checkout. They apologised (barely) but made no commitment to put it right (even for the next guest). They did ask (as we stood with our bags packed and checking out) if we still needed an iron. This should have been handled better. Overall - a nice hotel with nice facilities / amenities, a little more ‘service’ would have made this much better. Things do go wrong, staff should be ready to smooth those things over."
