The accommodations were as described. It was a perfect apartment hideaway in Milan to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The company was very kind, and very friendly.

Buena ubicación, muy cerca de la estación del metro. Muchas opciones de comida alrededor. Se puede ir a pie a varias atracciones turísticas. La zona es segura.

It was a lovely stay and a very convenient location with everything in walking distance. 10/10

Well kept apartment, in a great location. Everything was close by. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very nice rooms. Great service. Very clean. Great value.

Close to train and food. Easy check in procedures. Apartment is huge. Kitchen was nice. Overall did the trick. Loved the washer!

Location and apartment was very good. However, we woke up to no hot water on a Sunday morning in the middle of February and could not get any support from staff until after 11am. This was a letdown that took the shine off of the overall stay. The shower drains also did not work properly so you would finish your shower standing in a pool of water (a small detail but one that needs to be taken care of...especially considering the price for the apartment stay). So if you improve the service...

Clean and spacious room/unit. Air conditioning is OK, a little noisy, but tolerable. The in-unit laundry is perfect. Kitchen & utensils available, dining table good for 4, and a full-size refrigerator. The only minor problem I had was with the check-in instructions - as it was not accurate, so I initially had problems getting in, good thing there was a customer service call number you can ask for assistance and they got me in. Unit has a really great view of Milan. Definitely recommend!

Very good overall

The apartment was very clean and well appointed. The staff were very responsive to requests.

Wonderful and specious room, and property is very close to central station which was very convenient. Stefano was very helpful and great.

Everything about Hotel Meneghino was perfect. Tatiana greeted us upon arrival and was available every day to help us with little details from getting cabs to recommending shopping and restaurants. The room was super clean and comfortable and was complete with teas, coffees, snacks, cereals, juices, milk and more. It was a one mile walk to the center of Milan and the Duomo, which was wonderful. We will return. Thank you Tatiana for making us feel so at home.

We had a one-day trip on the checkout day. The staff was very helpful to let us store our luggage into a locker so that we didn’t have to take our luggage with the trip.

I had a wonderful stay at the Lancaster Hotel. I realized on arrival (after traveling for nearly 24 hours!) that I had lost my passport and the concierge was so kind and helped to call the cab company to try to find it. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was lovely and delicious. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to come here again and would recommend to anybody. The only downside is it a little distance to the nearest metro stop but there is a tram that goes...
