The hotel is beautiful. Large rooms. Clean and most importantly clean showers. Staff was so pleasant and accommodating. The VIP access option is only good if you are parking a car on premises. Location is great, near tons of restaurants and shops. Only downfall is the trolley makes noise that you hear. Great hotel for families.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the place was very clean and pleasant. If you want to be near Milan, but outside the city in the more sedate suburbs of it, this is the place to be. The only drawback was the bathroom, which while private, wasn't in the room, a surprise for us. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay.

Property is clean and close to the public transportation. The staff is friendly and provides great recommendations in information.

Susanna at the front desk was such a pleasure, she was so helpful and friendly. The room was lovely, clean and the location was just perfect!! I would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay again in the future!!

The service was top notch for the entire length of stay, from the front desk (at any hour), the kitchen staff and the cleaning crew. The front desk was friendly, above and beyond helpful, patient and always smiling! This hotel reminded me of Ian Schrager's hotels: lots of white everywhere; hip, but spare furnishings; excellent location with good access to public transit and lots of good restaurants and points of interest nearby. The staff were very helpful without attitude, often not the case in a hotel with this ambiance and vibe. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was standard European style in selection and of high quality.

Don't hesitate to stay here, the apartment is spot clean and ample. Close an walking distance from Milan's main attractions. Yuri at the front door was fantastic and very friendly. The towels, bed sheets were very clean and soft. this property is definitely a 10 out 10!!!

Beautiful flat and well appointed with everything you'd need to cook and hang out. A couple of good restaurants down the street and a small grocery store right across the street. The flat was about a 10 minute walk to Milano Centrale and the tram line which was very convenient for getting around Milan or for day trips to Lake Como and Venice, which we did.
