"One of the worst hotel experiences I have had.
The air conditioning barely worked, making the room uncomfortably hot during our stay in mid-June. When we reported the issue, staff did not attempt to help and instead told us that “it is not even hot,” despite the obvious discomfort. No fan or alternative solution was offered.
Customer service was unacceptable. Staff were consistently rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to our concerns. We requested an iron multiple times throughout our stay and were repeatedly ignored.
The room also had maintenance issues. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and water accumulated in the basin after use (photos attached). This should have been addressed before the room was assigned to guests.
To make matters worse, the bedsheets were uncomfortable and caused itching throughout our stay.
For the price charged, the lack of basic maintenance, poor customer service, and complete disregard for guest concerns are unacceptable. We gave the hotel multiple opportunities to address these issues, but nothing was done. I would not stay here again and would strongly advise other travelers to consider alternative accommodations."
