I'm sure someone closed their dog in there for a while. The bed was comfortable and clean. There was no coffee maker of any kind. We couldn't get the TV in the bedroom we slept in the work. The neighborhood was nice with friendly people. It was close to everything we needed. It was adequate for what we needed and we could bring 2 dogs. "
