"Smooth, fast check in, lovely room, amazing breakfast "

"Location was fantastic. Because we had a five night stay our room was not serviced so we had rather a lot of rubbish generated. TV in the downstairs room was not tuned so could not use it. Storage in built ins was not there until we asked and then was supplied with a drawer that did not fit frame. Our car was too big for the car lift so we had to use on street parking. Noe of these were huge issues but did detract from property."

"The location is outstanding, so no need to have a car. CBD, southbank, train station, all very close and in walking distance. Note that parking is expensive and hard. Its either a carpark that allows you one entry one exit per pay, or the hotels valet ($80 a day). The hotel itself is a bit dated, but still has a luxury feeling. Great gym and great spa. The rooms are a bit small, so if you need to take business calls from the room - take this into consideration. Two people cannot work from the room together."

"The bed was exceptionally large and occupied a disproportionate amount of the available carpeted space. For future stays, we recommend limiting the room furnishings to a single armchair of the “king of the castle” variety. Additionally, the provision of charging facilities for all device types is essential, as we will require adequate means to recharge both our equipment and our cognitive capacity. Please ensure that the slippers are reinstated in the room; I currently have them placed in my bag. Mission accomplished."

"My service was woeful they gave me my room excess early only to find beds not cleaned then got offered another room then they lost food items in first room then the air/con wasn’t working only to be controlled by reception and to top it off locked out of room while trying to pack car then the access card wouldn’t work and the excuse was the door battery was flat"

"Room was clean, staff friendly and the breakfast buffet was extensive and really nice. Great location for theatres and food."
