"This place is great! Cristiano was so helpful for our stay, the check in was so easy and the place is well situated in the town with the main squares and front within a 20 minute walk. Would absolutely stay again if back in the area."

Then, when we came back at 3:00, the host did not provide a code to open the door. We tried to communicaye with her, and we tried to call you. No success. "Our stay was for 5 days with my spouse and 3 sons (all 18+) and son-in-law. Property was big enough for 6 of us adults with a lot of beautiful windows for cooling down the apartment. It didn't help there was a major heat wave in Italy the time we were staying but the property mgr brought us an additional 2 fans to help as apt is without a/c. There was a pool on the property all to ourselves so that was a huge help after a long hot day of sight seeing and a great way to cool down. Most European...

"This property is in a great location. It’s has pretty much all one needs. Thomas is a great host and always responds quickly. Having air con helped as it was very hot and when he is able, putting it in all the bedrooms will make it even better. "

"Wonderful and comfortable stay for my husband and I. Very close walk (~7mins) to town of Como and several shops and restaurants. Very roomy and the host and his wife were the sweetest people! AC, WiFi, washer all work great. Will be back for sure!"

"What a beautiful flat in such a great location in Como. Plenty of space to relax and really enjoyed the balcony to sit outside. Check in and communication with host was great. Only thing to be mindful of is that it’s in a very central area with lots of (people) traffic so it can be a bit noisy at night. Overall though, highly recommend!!!"
