"Tendo a dare due opportunità, errare è umano, ma questo gestore è davvero scorretto e spocchioso. Prenoto per le notti tra il 19 e 21 settembre. Mi presento in struttura, chiamo il numero davanti alla porta e mi viene comunicato che sono stato spostato in un'altra loro struttura, li vicino. Mi dice al telefono che sono 200 metri, in realtà sono 500, nella direzione opposta alla mia destinazione. La scelta della struttura era fatta per la posizione. Scopro poi che la struttura che si chiama Movie...

"This "hotel" was closed when we arrived from the airport, at about 10:30pm. (We had tried to call them earlier, several times, but nobody answered.) So I had to find another hotel. The next day, I tried to call them again, four or five times; nobody answered. So I stayed at the new hotel for the rest of my trip. So all in all a big zero out of five from me. However, I have no complaints about Expedia, who refunded my hotel bill when I explained the situation."
