"Everything about our stay was great. The hotel was busy because of Winterlude, but it never felt crowded. We enjoyed the pool, small sauna, hot tub and ping-pong in the games room. The rooms haven’t been updated décor-wise, but we actually found that nostalgic (hello, corded phone beside the toilet 😄). The beds were very comfortable, and the suite was spotless. Having a kitchenette was a real bonus since we have dietary restrictions and it saves having to eat out for every meal. I unfortunately forgot my Goldilocks pillow in the room and only realized once I was back home in Toronto, but the front desk staff were incredibly kind and accommodating and arranged to have it mailed to me. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Ottawa! "

"The room was modern and perfect for our quick stay. The food was also decent, but we were hoping for at least a protein like eggs or cheese in the breakfast selection. Overall, our stay was fantastic, and we got a deal at an affordable price. We will surely recommend this place to our friends who wants a quick and accessible tour in Downtown, Ottawa. "
