"Lovely staff members"

"Parking is convenient. Staff in reception and in the Sky bar for dinner were lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only one thing I would raise is that I knew on a Monday the Sky bar did a se t dinner menu for £17.95 for two courses - but when we arrived we were only given the a la carte menu and no mention was made of the option (its Sun and Mon only from 4pm) of the set menu (which has a lot of the a la carte menu options on it and it is much cheaper) so I had to ask - as soon as I did it was offered but if I hadn’t asked I wouldn’t have been have been given the option. Overall though a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay again. "

"Overall a great hotel in a great location. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and both were perfect. The bathroom did give off a sewage smell in the evening but once the bathroom door was closed- we didn’t have any other issues and it did not affect our stay. We will definitely return!"

"Stayed for an event at hall 5 of the NEC and this is an option which puts you less than a 2minute walk from that venue. It can’t be beaten for convenience in that regard. Rooms are clean and trendy with all the basic amenities you’d expect for the price. Breakfast was great with an array of hot and cold options to hopefully suit all tastes. If there’s any negatives to be had - it’s probably the price. It’s not a cheap stay here - but it’s probably worth the extra for the convenience factor if you’re at the NEC. Would absolutely stay here again. "
