"When we got there the property was just okay. The woman that checked us in was very nice. We thought about sitting by the pool but all of the furniture was covered with pollen and dirty. When we got to our room as soon as we opened the door there was a really funky smell... With an underlying odor of cigarettes. The cover to the toilet tank did not fit properly and the refrigerator didn't work.. it was just overall weird. We went to the front desk and explained it to the woman who then gave us another room which upon entering smelled like someone had been smoking pot. At that point we were out of there! "

"Always enjoy a stay at Embassy, rooms are nice size and clean. I wasn’t to happy with the wedge salad from the stack house, on the lunch menu they don’t say the used steakum like meat, I wouldn’t have added the steak had I known. Breakfast was great. "

"Place was filthy infested with roaches the remote to tv did not work the light sockets were broken it was loud lots of people roaming around outside kept me up all night we checked out early and still had 3 more nights to stay because it was so bad there and I booked through Expedia so of course the hotel told Expedia they had no record of me checking out early and would not offer no refund "

"The room was not so bad we couldn’t stay. For example we have stayed in worse places. King bed was clean and made. 2 miniature flat pillows. Guess it depends on your standards, lol. I think people rent by the week/month there. Lots of people hanging outside of there rooms smoking various substances. Noise at all hours of the night. Light shining in from around the door. The AC worked. There were some ants but there are lots in Florida. The pool looked nice. "

"Room was clean, hotel was clean, only complaint was the bed was uncomfortable, I stayed 2 days and I’m extremely tired from no sleep. Other than that hotel is fantastic. "

"We late checked in just after 11pm est. I went to confirm that I had contacted the front desk and had advised that our children had found their beds had blood on the sheets. We had been up over 16 hours. My children are tired it is after midnight. I had been 22 hours up at that point from travel (drive)So at first I was sleeping on the couch (lysol sprayed)in my clothes and my wife as well as two big kids are sleeping in the one bed downstairs (lysol sprayed). This room is filthy blood, mold, rust, and dust. (pictures and videos taken), the faucets leak, electric sockets don't work, and the cold water doesn't work in the upstairs bathroom. You can't shower there unless you want to be burned. I called to the front desk and requested to have my money returned. I was advised that it would be returned to me for this stay (recorded call). Afterwards I used the Expedia messaging app for support to confirm my refund. I was documenting the issues for a wasted 40 mins of mostly delay holds extending the wait times.I was then told by Expedia that I wpuld need to speak with the hotel manager who doesn't arrive to mid morning! The app is blocking me from posting the pictures.THE PEN IS MIGHTIER THAN THE SWORD!!!"
