Avoid this property!! What a disgrace that Expedia would allow such a run down, dirty property to be advertised. Not only was the place not clean there weren’t any electrical outlets in the room. WHAT??? Desk lamps just had cords hanging. Water on the bathroom floor.

The rooms had bugs all over them! I WOULD NOT STAY HERE!!!! They also said they couldn’t switch my rooms & I’m still trying to get my refund back! This place is horrible!! Doesn’t look like they cleaned the room at all! I checked in & IMMEDIATELY checked out!!! I have pictures of bugs & how the room was when we got there!

Unfortunately the entire room was mold infested and I could not stay. I did call Expedia and was instructed to send pictures or videos and I did. I requested a full refund when I called Expedia. Unacceptable that hotels like these are misleading the public. The picture you have does not look like what I just saw and the front desk person was very nasty.

The hotel was a complete dump . I checked out early . I was afraid to stay overnight . It was under construction and it appeared to have people living at hotel and suspicous activity was appetent in the parking area . I woyld never stay at that location again . I would like to have my money refunded and you should take that hotel off your site. The pictu ft ed are very deceiving the actual hotel is a complete dump and sub par for a h I tel advertising as hotel and suites. It is below the average motel i have ever stayed in.

We had to go to their sister hotel, Opal hotel. Terrible experience. We were woken up at 2 in the morning by a man trying to open the door because Staff and management are unorganized and check out our room to another person while we slept in the room. I felt very unsafe.

The room was gross the roaches everywhere. Beds broken tvs don’t work . Half the property is long term tenants like they lives there and don’t care about the people staying at the hotel and the other half is in deep deconstruction. This is the worst property I have ever experienced and even after I complained to the virtual agent they did the minimum to make the situation better . I would love a message from a supervisor regarding this property and how this can be made better , call me at (916) 620-2937

The hotel was a complete nightmare. The photos online must be years old because the property and room looked nothing like what was advertised. I booked a room with two double beds and a pool view. The front door was stuck and extremely difficult to open. The room smelled like wet carpet, the walls were dirty, and the frame between the beds had mold all over it. There were no curtains—only blinds, some of which were broken and wouldn’t close fully. The bed sheets were stained. The bathroom was even worse. The ceiling and tiles were covered in mold, and the shower curtain—supposed to be white—was stained yellow. I checked out within two minutes of entering the room.
