"We were so fortunate to be upgraded. Our room was a suite and superb. The staff on Reception were excellent and the Manager a joy."

"Hotel is excellent located within walking distance to the sanctuary. Not friendly staff at restaurant but food was delicious."

"Todo muy fácil, limpio, bonito y muy bien localizado. En el centro, a pocos metros de la parada de autobús! Se agradece el tener una cocina común que ayuda mucho especialmente para desayunos. Repetiría el mismo lugar, sin dudarlo. Perfecto!"

"This hotel is a nice relaxing place to stay in. Staff are the best, food is excellent. The shower is the only problem, they need to move the shower curtain rod away from the bathtub to give more space when using the shower."

"Comfortable warm room, excellent breakfast, convenient location."

"Such a lovely combination of old and unique while still clean and cozy. The grounds were beautiful and everyone was so accommodating"

"Beautiful grounds. We loved our stay"

"Spacious room with excellent shower and the location is very central."

"Great breakfast and fabulous spa."

"Friendly helpful staff. Clean functional room."

"The staff were super nice and helpful. We were a little disappointed in the state of the hotel as it looks a little run down. The pictures make it look nicer than it is. Our bathroom had a broken tile, and the shower layout was tight for one person and got water all over the floor. We paid for a seaweed bath which wasn’t bad. I wouldn’t say it was worth the money. We were able to use the hot tub and sauna for free because we purchased one of the bath treatments but they charge $30 for anyone...

"Fabulous hotel, very comfortable and lovely staff too. Thank you for another great stay."

"Overall the room was just okay. Very old vibe not in a good way- just seemed very drab and sad."
