Der Kühlschrank war leer; das Frühstück zu aufwendig zu besorgen; keine Gläser oder Tassen vorhanden. Direkt an einer Verkehrsinsel gelegen. Die Klimaanlage nicht spürbar. Nette und freundliche Nachfragen durch den Wirt. Schön gestaltetes Zimmer und Bad."

"Just a good overall value stay, it's quite a far walk to the waterfront and town, not too bad walking downhill but walking uphill all the way back in teh summer months isn't ideal if you're wearing dinner wear. Decent views, rooms are dated and smallish, breakfast and staff are great though, there is a pool which is great and the onsite parking is a bonus as well. I'd stay again but if you want a true Lake Como experience you will want to splurge and get a waterfront property"

"Property is beautiful, and felt like home. Owner was very responsive to last minute issues. Very close to the bus stop. Once you are in the COMO area, be ready to walk. The UBER, Taxi are not reliable at all and the bus service is very poor during the day, but runs free service at night after 7/730 pm, which is pretty regular and nice. Will stay here again on my next visit as well, may be will bring less luggage... lol."

"Good value for money and friendly host. I would give it 3.5 stars. The property has a lovely garden and view of the lake but best suits someone with a car as there is a limited bus timetable to and from Varenna and is not suitable for walking. We travelled in October so perhaps there may be better transport options in the summer months. The room had everything we needed but could do with some updating."

"This was a beautiful property and Hotel. The views at Breakfast were romantic and breathtaking. We booked last minute and didn't book a room with Lakeview. None available. The room was small and passable for a two night stay. For us a two night stay was enough. I may have enjoyed it more if we had a suite with Lakeview."

"Our second visit to Parco San Marco as we loved it so much the first time! We were allocated the wrong room type on arrival but this was quickly rectified after first night and we were moved to the correct one in block L. Excellent room - great layout, well appointed kitchenette and lake views from both rooms. A car really is needed to be able to explore the area, get to shops, restaurants, supermarket etc. We loved our trip to Monte Tamaro for cable car, high ropes, toboggan and water park. Breakfast is always a highlight, so much choice and staff always very friendly and helpful. This is such a stunning resort. Never crowded despite high occupancy rates. Always space at pools, lake etc. Great facilities and something for all ages - family pool with slides, adult relax pool, lake with inflatable slide for older children, family spa, adult only spa. My 12 year old said it’s the perfect resort that’s got everything! Wonderful continental feel that makes holidaying here relaxing and memorable. Staff very attentive and helpful. Thank you for another wonderful stay!"
