"Siamo stati in tre famiglie in questa bella casa con piscina. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e molto accoglienti. La casa si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia ma anche dei bellissimi villaggi medievali come Todi, Montefalco, Bevania, ecc La casa ha tre appartamenti separati con ingresso indipendente, ma c’e Una grande cucina in cui noi siamo stati in 11 senza problemi (colazione ma’ anche quando la sera faceva più fresco). Consiglieró sicuramente ad altri...

" An impressive property which sadly does not quite live up to the discription. The furnishings are all very tired, the kitchen chaotic, the cleanliness not up to scratch and the worst of all, NO WIFI, although this is promised. Self catering means different things in different villas, in this one, the very basics are provided to last for one day!! A shame, when with a bit more effort and concern for the travellers this really could be a superb property."

"The property was amazing the pool was big and we had lots of fun there the owners were so helpful and friendly the local town was close and had everything you need restaurants and local shoes etc. the views were superb Rome is only an hour drive perfect place we will be returning at some point thankyou"

"Mario and Guilia were very friendly and helpful. The house is pleasant. It's a good place to chill and get away from the busyness. The pool is fantastic (they also have floating stuff there to use) and the balcony a great place to have food (do bring anti muskito stuff). Kitchen well equiped. Beds are alright, but not great. We were two couples and a small child. The separate bedrooms (upstairs and downstairs worked nice for privacy) would recommend to stay"

"This was a great property for extended family. Lots of interesting places within an our and also some authentic Italian villages to explore nearby. The local pizzeria was very good and not expensive. Priests and her partner were very helpful and looked after us well. A very relaxing holiday but very hot in Augusta’s one downside is no air conditioning. "
