"This hotel has the best location in the area, right in front of parque Colón and the cathedral, is right by a strip of restaurants and entertainment. I stayed at the superior room with a balcony overseeing the palace and the calle el Conde is right next to it. The room is beautiful but the has no elevators, there’s a lot of stairs, doesn’t include breakfast, and the room has no coffee maker but there’s a famous restaurant in the first floor. Is also very affordable for how emblematic this hotel is."

"The most beautiful boutique hotel in an amazing location! The staff was warm and welcoming, and the included breakfast was truly top tier, absolutely delicious. The only downside was that I didn’t receive the room I originally booked, and although I was told I’d be upgraded, that didn’t happen. Since I was out most of the day, I didn’t go back to the lobby to sort it out. That said, the bed and pillows alone were worth the stay.....so comfortable! I would definitely return."

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. They really look out for you, and that is what stood out the most for me. They looked out for me with Ubers, navigating around the area, and even were worried when I didn’t wake up in time for breakfast. In fact, they kept the cafeteria open for me to make sure I got to eat. (They can bring it to you for a modest fee, FYI.) The accommodations are basic but adequate, which is fine if you’re like me and not planning to spend a lot of time at your hotel. The shower had hot water and decent water pressure. I also like the location, being just a block and a half from El Conde (pedestrian street) and a few minute walk from Parque Colón, where you can always find restaurants to have a coffee or meal. "

"Other than the bathroom being a bit small room was clean great staff very welcoming and helpful, for the price couldn’t ask for more. room gets cold with a/c and hot water is there. Location is right in the heart of the city so can find anything you need within 5 minute walk. Definitely work stay again"
