"Comfy bed, clean and tidy "

"The room is situated upstairs in an enclosed corridor with no direct window or access to outside . The room is dated and musty - with a plug in air freshener which are known fire hazards - to mask the smell. It was so overwhelming I had to unplug it. The toilet room - which is separate to the shower room at other end of room - was not clean. The hairdryer provided was covered in a sticky substance and unusable. Gross. The bed had zero support and the pillows need to be replaced . I highly doubt this room is legal. It was claustrophobic and required the air con to be running all night as there was no way to lick the window / no security screen and fronting shared internal corridor - There is no ability to lock the door internally - assuming the door locks automatically is not ok. A woeful and incredibly stressful overnight stay. "

"A few hiccups (first room they tried to put me in stunk of sewage so they had to re-room me, tv didn’t work properly despite changing remote batteries and walls are paper thin - I thought the guy next door was sneezing in my room), but the place was nice and close to town. "

"The indoor pool and spa is not heated. It doesn't open till 9 am. No continental breakfast available on weekends. "

"Need to supply decent amount of cutlery. We were upgraded to a King room which had a soa bath but the shower is over the bath and i am disabled and could not use it. Need new tv remote too. "

"Ok for one night. Ill fitting door to the room. Not secure. As a female travelling alone, not so good. Bathroom dated, bed comfy. Did have a microwave as well as tea and coffee. "

"Very welcoming hosts for this immaculate cottage close to the heart of town, within walking distance to everything we needed. Very pleasant stay and we will be sure to return! "
