"This is a reasonably priced basic motel so it doesn’t have a lot of amenities but it does have a well cared for property and is a very clean and comfortable place to spend the night. It was a good place to take our dog with a nice large backyard area. We enjoyed the quick check-in and checkout arrangement which didn’t need in person staff although they were available by phone. Our room didn’t seem to have air conditioning but the evening was cool enough to have windows open. We stayed there last week one night and we were pleased to go back again for another night on our way back home. We would be happy to stay there again. "

"Everything was very clean. The owner was so friendly, welcoming, genuinely happy to have us staying there. They were so accommodating to our dog as well. They have a beautiful property. We highly recommend this motel to anyone, especially if you have a dog traveling with you. "

"Booked this very last minute after our other rental had to cancel due to a plumbing issue. They were kind enough to accommodate us last minute! Cabin was clean, decorated nicely and had some great modern amenities like cozy couches, wifi and TV. No complaints here, but if I'm being picky for suggestions a few things that would have helped us - a rug for shoes at the door, extra towels (there is no dryer or clothesline so we had a hard time getting them to dry each day), and maybe an upgraded stove. It really smelled of gas all week, no operating issues- just an old stove. Nothing major, but without laundry extra towels, blankets etc would have been awesome.Overall, a nice stay. Very quiet area, probably busier in the summer. Thanks for having us!"
