The actual bathroom door was very difficult to close, the shower door makes this horribly loud creaking sound, and the curtains leading out to the balcony had a very strange odor. "

"The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and speak very good English and Spanish. Great location right across the street from Copacabana Beach and very short walk also to Ipanema Beach. There is a Bike Itaú dock right next to the hotel, easy access for those who want to rent bikes that way. Good continental breakfast. Pool area is small but why would you really use it when the beach is right there anyway."
