Staff were excellent. They were so helpful with dining suggestions and making reservations. Reception staff inparticular Anya was incredibly friendly and helpful. Room was smallish but absolutely adequate for our weekend stay. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was amazing.

The bedrooms are really cute and the bed was comfortable! In the early morning you can hear a bit of noise coming from the street. I would still recommend it especially because it's really close to the train station

Everything about this stay was perfect. My only small criticism would be the lack of safe and fridge in the room. I had to go down to reception to get a bucket with some ice to put some drinks in. But other than that I highly recommend the hotel. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the variety. The room was spacious, clean, very bright and relaxing. Perfect location as well.

Great property, great rooms, convenient to train station and downtown. Room cleaning wasn’t top notch and full size towels were missing, but otherwise a very comfortable room. The street itself is a bit dodgy being around a few strip clubs, but felt safe the entire time regardless.

I had a room facing the garden and it was very quiet, spacious, and sunny. Best sleep ever! Excellent breakfast with organic choices. Very convenient to train station and walkable everywhere. Totally enjoyed my stay.

Great location - very close to the train station. Friendly staff more so my room - it was relatively small. No local TV - only had streaming radio and chromecast from your mobile device I did ask my room to be cleaned. Bed was made, towels changed but floor was not swept/vacuumed.

The staff is excellent, however, it is hot at this time with no air conditioning. The bathroom was so tiny you can’t turn around. The area is too noisy at night but you can’t close the windows or you can’t sleep because of the heat.

Stayed for one night and wished we had more time there. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, even let us check-in early since they had availability that day. Has a luggage room in case you need to have them hold your bags between check-in/check-out. Easy to get to from the airport (take the train) and easy access to multiple public transportation. Also a quick walk from Tivoli and other main areas. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We had a great time. The front desk was very helpful and we easily rented bikes for the whole day to see the city. Rooms are very comfy and clean, room service is also offered if you'd like change overs. It's very centrally located, which was another plus.
