The staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast for a fee was great. The hotel overall was very clean and well maintained. The location is also good. The amenities/toiletries provided in the room were very limited. There is no air conditioning but we asked for a fan. We bought some items from the little shop down the street but it would be nice to include some toiletries. Overall it was a good stay!

Real fast and the breakfast staff were outstanding-a solid 5 out of 5!!!! No way to control heat- was cold and given some type of steamer - not useful No Kleenex or tissue available. Staff very cordial

The room was clean when we arrived and was cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of food & the staff were very helpful & pleasant in answering any questions we had. Would certainly recommend Motel One & would stay there again if ever back in Copenhagen.

Perfect location for exploring Copenhagen; bar next door can be loud at night so if want to open windows at night get room towards courtyard, room was so quaint and staff very helpful- breakfast buffet was 10/10- would stay there again for sure

Nice tourist hotel near Copenhagen City Hall and Tivoli Gardens. Room was not fancy by adequate.ours did not have either a chair or table but lots of room for luggage. The City Hall bells strike 12 and play a short tune at midnight but are quiet the rest of the night. Staff was great! Got us into our room at 1 pm.

Camera spaziosa ma priva di una sedia e uno scrittoio bagno privo di sua di finestre che di aerazione alcune stanze hanno la doccia ricavata con una vetrata all’interno della stanza. Nessuno spazio comune se non all’interno del bar dell’albergo mentre due soli divano nella reception. Da ripensare.

Run Away! this place is terrible. They lack even the basic amenities of a hotel and have an outrageous price as well. no refrigerator no safe no A/C no PHONE ! no TV service and the bathroom door has an inch gap, so you have no privacy, and the shower door has a half inch gap so the water goes everywhere. The mattress is like a big lumpy futon, and the windows don't open. the view is just of other trapped customers inside a quad. all this, and for the price of a luxury hotel. it's madness to stay here. plus, the contract states that you have to pay 90% of the bill, even if you cancel. So you are stuck here and cannot go to a decent hotel like the Radisson. complete ripoff. i have never stayed in a hotel anywhere that did not have a phone, but it makes sense; if you had a phone you might call to complain about the room.

We stayed here twice. The first time was in a great room with a big bathroom. The second time was in an ok room but with the worst bathroom I have ever seen in a hotel. It was tucked into the corner of the room with transparent walls (!!) and a kind of saloon door that provided neither privacy nor sound and smell separation. Great location, right in the center but just far enough out to not be noisy. Close to a metro station. Doesn't have ac which is probably mostly ok, but Copenhagen has been having some hot days this summer. No safe either. Breakfast pretty good. So ... Good place to stay but choose room carefully. Both rooms were in the same category on Expedia so not clear how to do this??

Hotell med fin, stille beliggenhet i hjertet av København. Ok frokost, men ikke mer. Det som trekker kraftig ned, er lite, eldre bad og rom uten aircondition, kjøleskap og safe. Et pluss at hotellet har garasjeanlegg, men det er ekstremt trangt. Hotellets bar serverer gin tonic i ett og ikke med flasken med tonic ved siden av. Dét betyr at det smaker bare tonic - amatører!

Hotel muy céntrico con un buen desayuno aunque lo único malo era la cama. Una cama demasiada blanda donde uno se hundía. No adecuada para alguien con dolor de espalda. A pesar de eso, todo lo demás fantástico y recomendable.

Room was clean, good size too. Location was good, but def a walk to some of the major landmarks. Beware of the clock ringing throughout the day though (till midnight). Makes going to bed early difficult.

Staff friendly. Motel One great location. A reminder though that there is no safe, fridge or kettle in the room. In hot weather no way of keeping any water etc cool. Great location near the train station.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell alle Fragen beantworten können und weiterhelfen können. Leider wurde der Boden nicht einmal ordentlich in unserem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt gewischt. Haare und Krümel sind sichtbar auf dem Boden liegen geblieben im bad und Zimmer.

This was deemed a luxury boutique hotel. It was in a great location among embassies and overlooking a lovely park. East self-parking available on the premises. The staff was excellent. The room was quite large and overlooked the park. The staff had left a lovely personalised note with a bottle of chocolate raisins - delicious. And the umbrellas available at the hotel were fantastic and able to withstand very strong winds without being blown inside out. I would have bought one if they were for sale! The staff looked up the brand for me but sadly the brand only sells to businesses, not retail. I usually associate exquisite form with function at a boutique hotel but something went awry here. There was very little drawer storage space as the single available drawer was filled with a hair dryer and massager. The bedside tables were large, hollow but had no storage. The sink tap had simply an on and off function with one volume and could not be moved so water had a tendency to splash out. The tea selection didn’t have just a normal english breakfast but strange and exotic flavors. And the light switches were bewildering. It took us ages to figure out how to isolate the lights for the bathroom for example. Also the breakfast was not great with the hollandaise sauce not tasting very good. So I would recommend this hotel, particularly for the price we paid for the room, but note it doesn’t quite match up to boutique hotels I’ve stayed at in the past.
