Perfect location for exploring Copenhagen; bar next door can be loud at night so if want to open windows at night get room towards courtyard, room was so quaint and staff very helpful- breakfast buffet was 10/10- would stay there again for sure

Nice tourist hotel near Copenhagen City Hall and Tivoli Gardens. Room was not fancy by adequate.ours did not have either a chair or table but lots of room for luggage. The City Hall bells strike 12 and play a short tune at midnight but are quiet the rest of the night. Staff was great! Got us into our room at 1 pm.

Staff friendly. Motel One great location. A reminder though that there is no safe, fridge or kettle in the room. In hot weather no way of keeping any water etc cool. Great location near the train station.

Everything was great. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was that the shower door was not very stable. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful, and the staff were lovely and welcoming. The location was excellent, with plenty of nice cafés and restaurants nearby.

The hotel was wonderful — they let us check in early, which was amazing. The beds were comfy, it was very clean, and it was central to everything. We would definitely stay here again if we are back in Copenhagen.

We chose the room with a view when offered over the quiet room. Choose the quiet room. The bar next door is constantly loud especially during an Arsenal game. Staff moved us the second night. Luckily there was an alternative available when we asked early the next morning. Staff exceptionally helpful even before we had our request. Near Tivoli, Christianborg and Metro station so location worked great for us
