The hotel was in a convenient location for the central train station (airport train) and walking distance to most attractions, but public transport is close by. The room i had was small but functional. The hotel has a great coffee shop and friendly staff. The included breakfast was simple but good. The pastries at reception were a lovely gesture. We found the hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much for them. The hotel was clean, and the room was very quiet. Buffet breakfast as also everything that we needed for a good breakfast. Hotel was close to main central station, and within walking distance/metro of all we wanted to see around Copenhagen

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. It has what you need, bed are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. We were given a Christmas stocking with candy in it on our final day, which truly made us feel special and continued the holiday spirit vibes of the city. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location next to Copenhagen’s railway station and walking distance to everything the city has to offer. Breakfast was very good with an array of western and european breakfast options. Rooms are small but have everything you need for somewhere just to sleep and shower. Would highly recommend

Missed breakfast on the last day because we didn't realise it finished at 930, not the happiest birthday boy as my son was looking forward to it. Far too early for a holiday?!! Super clean, super comfy, plenty of towels, staff very helpful and friendly. Awesome location. Right next to the station/metro/ buses.
