"The staff members were EXCELLENT! Everyone was friendly, polite, and went out of their way to accommodate any and all requests/needs. The room, and lodge in general, was particularly clean. I enjoyed returning to a tidied space every evening with fresh robes, towels, bath salts, etc... and restocked coffee & water. Being in the mountains was certainly refreshing; however, we foolishly failed to consider the additional travel time back to the parking lot (being that the property is accessible only via gondola or shuttle). All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would undoubtedly return in the future!"

"Hidden Ridge is a great base camp for your Banff adventures! Our unit was clean, spacious and had everything we needed to prepare simple meals. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Hot and cool pools were clean, lots of towels, and breathtaking views of the mountains. Location is perfect (you're within walking distance of the town and the Hoodoo Trail). The only issue I can think of is, our unit (ground floor townhouse) was dated looking and very dark, but this is a minor quibble. Would stay here again!"

"Great location. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. The ONLY thing to complain about were the stairs. No elevators. Lugging the suitcases up and down was challenging."

"Great for the price on just the edge of town, with a shuttle. Could use a little tlc (just wear and tear of a slightly older facility), touching up their paint on outside etc. overall I would stay again as I think it is insane to pay $1000 or more a night for the stuff in town. They were super friendly. And it was nice having a little kitchen."

"Great stay for 6 ngt on Annv vacation. Stayed in king suite. Very roomy, bed comfortable, liked the balcony and fireplace. Room attendant did an amazing job every day!! Only and biggest complaint was terrible cheap coffee in the rooms with no coffee available in lobby either. Had to walk to coffee shop every morning. Thankfully I enjoyed cool air and walk, but always nice to enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing in the hotel room before starting the day!!"
