In the Living Room, Amenities include a Queen Sofa Sleeper, bringing the total Accommodations to 8 people, Free WiFi, a cozy Gas Fireplace, a Dining area, TV/DVD and an Outdoor Balcony. The Full Size Kitchen with granite countertops is integrated into the Open Floor Plan. Heated Underground parking complete the grand Amenities offered for guests of this building. Enjoy walking just a short 2-3 minute walk across the Covered Bridge to the slopes of Copper Mountain and to the numerous shops and restaurants in the Center Village. | Summit County Colorado Short Term Rental Permit #STR22-R-00093| One parking space per condo available on-site.
