"Room was great. Lovely comfortable bed. Bathroom small but fantastic shower. Food was great both in the evening and breakfast. Just decorated so really nice. "

"The room was spotless and staff extremely courteous. The floors in the common areas —stone and carpets were very dirty, so a good shampoo or replacement of the carpeting is in order. The muck in the corners of the entranceway, hallways and bar was particularly problematic. The staff was amazing, as was the service and food!!"

In a very quiet location with no shops nearby but would recommend for an overnight stay."

"This is a lovely and peaceful hotel - the room was cleaned to a high standard, the food was really tasty, with a good menu and well presented food. I especially enjoyed the sea bass and there was a huge selection for breakfast. The staff are very polite and obliging - nothing is too much trouble. The grounds will look lovely in summer, but even in the winter they are still nice. I really recommend a stay here."

"Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals. "Brama was amazing. The building, the decor, the thoughtfulness that had gone into the rooms, the staff... All exceptional. Everything you need was catered for in the room. The tea, coffee and real milk was also a welcome surprise. The toiletries should be sold in site. Just fabulous. The eco credentials mean no car parking on site, that's the only down side. There's lots of local parking, but you will have to lug your luggage back and forth. I will be back soon! "
