"Very nice hotel with good restaurant. However, our room on the recently renovated 18th floor had a very noisy AC/ventilation system. Maintenance looked at it, but it did not improve. We were given a small credit after the first night, and requested a similar refund for the next two nights, but the manager was not available when we checked out. Despite being told we would receive an email, there was never any response, which is disappointing. Also, why only one towel hook in the bathroom??"
