"Outstanding stay; staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All of the things that important for me when interacting with individuals working in this field. My entire party needs were met. Traveling with my three grandkids can be challenging in itself but this trip each child repeatedly expressed his satisfaction. Especially the 13 year old who was able to successfully access and play his gaming system uninterrupted/with minimal to no lag time. "

"WHEN WE CHECKED IN WE WERE NOTIFIED THAT THE ELEVATOR WAS NOT WORKING. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY WOULD POST THAT INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE WHEN IT HAPPENS. THE LADY WHO CHECKED US IN APOLOGIZED AND SAID SHE MOVED US DOWN A FLOOR TO GET US CLOSER TO THE BOTTOM SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE MANY STAIRS TO CLIMB. THEY HAD SIGNS ALL OVER THE HOTEL, BUT AGAIN, NO NOTICE ON LINE OR VIA MESSAGES."

"Many things to like: newish hotel with modern decor, comfy bed, nice bathroom, environmentally friendly ethos. A couple misses: for a hotel that touts environmentally astute choices, the breakfast that was mostly packaged highly processed food was pretty disappointing. The much touted espresso machine was available 24/7....but out of order. The coffee in urns was fine, but nothing but fake creamer to put in it (i did eventually find some actual milk ostensibly for the cereal. "

"There was no breakfast we booked specifically for continental breakfast however there was no breakfast. We were told that they need to hire a chef for the weekend. Well this wasn’t disclosed when booking not upon arrival. Got up early in the morning to go down for breakfast only to be disappointed."
