"I only stayed for 1 night. Had young kids with me tried to go to the pool way over crowded my 2 year old almost got jumped on in the water. Tried to play Cornhole 1 of the bags was ripped so that was a bust the TV cut out all night. Accidentally left some items but when called they said there wasn't anything left behind. So I'm out there. 1 guy was checking in but when he went to his room it was already occupied. The only nice things was the beds super comfy. I probably won't go back!!"

"Clean, staff seemed new maybe… the lady at check in was confident in her answers- although she kept getting corrected by a gentleman working with her. So- she didn’t know what was going on. The gentleman was correct in his advisement. Hot tub/pool was nice- we were just there on a very busy crowded weekend. "

"Everything was great with the room. We had an incident where the elevator stopped working with one member of our party in it. At the time, the staff didn’t follow protocol, however when the manager found out, he made everything right and handled it really well. I truly appreciate Sean the manager for how he handled everything. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again."

She went out of her way to accommodate us and recommended some fun places to go. Aside from that the hotel was very nice and quiet. My daughters loved the pool. "

"No soap at bathroom sinks and no waste paper cans in bathrooms. Not sure if these issues were oversights or policy. Other than that the stay was fine. "

"The gym was quite small as well as the pool. Additionally, somehow my door stop was engaged even though there was no one in my room. The front desk person kindly helped me gain access, but also seemed unsurprised, like this happens often? Just thought I would share as it was alarming to key into my room, but be barred from entering."

"My First time at an Element, I thought they were nicer. Just a basic hotel but very clean. However, very noisy. The floors transmitted noise very loudly and there was an intermittent tapping noise coming from the bathroom that was very annoying."
