"Our shower water was cold to luke warm at best for the first several days of our stay until we finally decided to report it to the front desk. That’s when they checked and found they had a mechanical issue due to the high winds we were having. Lastly, we found black mold in the shower which was very bad. We reported it as well and it was all cleaned. Hopefully, we won’t have any health issues as a result. "

At the time, the staff didn’t follow protocol, however when the manager found out, he made everything right and handled it really well. I truly appreciate Sean the manager for how he handled everything. Would recommend staying here and would stay here again."
