"Amazing property with wonderful view of Lake Trasimino , 7 bedroom, 8 bathrooms, swimming pool, outside dining, great kitchen and several living rooms all with air conditioning. Shower gel annd tissues etc all provided. Adequately close to supermarkets. Sun beds were a bit tired/ broken."

All rooms are spacious and well equipped (good beds - lots of space to store your personal belongings) and have all their own bathroom. We had several meals outside on the large patio with expansive views of the Umbrian countryside. The two houses provided lots of room and privacy for all of the couples. "The property is exactly advertised. The best feature is the view over the lake. Stunning sunsets - no need to find a restaurant. Just sit out on the balcony overlooking the lake and sip a glass of wine."

"Had a good time, check in wasn't done properly. But we believe that it was a coincidence and will not happen again. Anything else was nice. The road is a bit difficult to drive on. Would recommend a car with a bit ground clearance. We are coming back most definitely."
