"Property was lovely, well-equipped, and clean. We loved our stay and Iris was very helpful with local knowledge and water refills. Only frustrating part was not knowing in advance that anyone could use the "private" dock, cabana, and beach area from 6am-6pm. There was a fairly constant stream of people fishing, docking their boats, or hanging out on the dock throughout the stay. "

"This was a unique property as it was 3 homes in 1 and everyone could have some privacy! We all enjoyed and William was the best he helped with reservations cab ride getting us fresh caught fish! Marcus took great care of the property very enjoyable."

"Wonderful experience that began as soon as we exited the plane! They were there to meet us and took us to the property helping us navigate and check in. Helpful with our luggage and very kind. The home was incredible, comfortable, and clean! The views from the roof were amazing and we enjoyed every minute. The hosts were attentive to ours needs and responded to us quickly with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend and hope to return here someday."

"This is one of the most amazing houses I have ever stayed in on vacation. The owners make sure everything was taken care of for us. The views from this home are the best on the island. You have a large pool in front of house that was fabulous. The caregiver did our grocery shopping for us so when we got in there we had food. This house will easily and comfortablely sleep 18 adults with plenty of room on futons, couches and roll always for at least 6 more. When you are out in ocean doing a tour...

"First time to Belize. It was my and my fathers birthday. Even though we had never made the trip to Ambergris Caye, the property managers did an amazing job making it incredibly smooth. Their response time to emails was so quick and very much appreciated. Overall the property was beautiful and had everyone we needed!
