"The rooms were very small but efficient a double double bed room? I haven’t seen a double bed in years! My biggest gripe is that the hotel is directly on the beach and boardwalk and didn’t allow us to take towels to the beach or provide separate beach towels. "

"Similar to other La Quinta properties although the basic 2 queen size rooms felt smaller. Freezer inside mini fridge is so small it’s useless. There was low water pressure coming out the shower head. Other than that, not a bad stay. Would probably recommend "

"I we were passing through and going to stay one night, this would have been perfect, however, we were staying for four nights and without a frig, microwave, hair dryer, or coffee machine it was not practical. The staff was great and the room was clean. The bed was really comfortable as well. "

"The hotel is in a great location. The employees were friendly and helpful. We had a great view of the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. We recommended this hotel to others. The only thing is that the elevators are a little slow and sensitive. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would book this hotel again."

"$5k/week for what is essentially a thin walled two bedroom apartment in a very high density complex. Resort amenities were available - in the main building. No room service breakfast. They offer golf cart rides down the cliffside path to the beach, but they repeatedly forgot or ignored my daughter's and my request for said ride. We were chased from the pool area by a group of about 10 local non-guest high school kids who jumped the fence and made themselves at home. This seems like a popular place for South Bay families with kids. I doubt we will return."
