The elevator got stuck during our stay, but Nick was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist us getting to the garage and navigating the property. The hotel would benefit from having more elevators and easier access to the lobby to improve the overall guest experience."

"Decent property on the water. The pool and hot tub are tiny but nice. Our first room was horrible with old lumpy beds but we were moved the next morning to a comfortable room. Staff is amazing! Shout out to Jenny, Housekeeping Manager fir promptly and kindly helping us with the room move."

"The room was clean and staff was helpful. The room itself was nice, but definitely got warm at night. Unfortunately the fan itself made a lot of noise at night. We tried opening the window at night, but it was quite noisy. Overall, the hotel was in a very nice and convenient location. "
