"If you want a quieter area, Montijo is lovely. Hotel is older but it is clean and the staff are great. If you have your own transport or are happy to take taxis or ride share it's fine but the public transport is limited. "

Breakfast was amazing. The only mistake we made was not leaving time to hang out more in the hotel - we were in and out too quickly!"

Leisurely 20 minute walk to the Basilica which is fantastic because you walk up the tower and across the roof to get panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. "
