"It was an amazing experience , Front desk personnel was very customer friendly . Room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable. I enjoyed soaking in the jacuzzi, so relaxing after a hard day seeing many patients at work. The jets weren’t working , but just soaking was good enough for me. Because of cleanliness, comfortability , friendliness I still gave 5 stars , even though the jets in the jacuzzi were non- functional. How could I forget the woman in the breakfast room was super friendly and OMG offered to make me coffee , asked if I wanted a slice of cake and juice to take to work . I guess she saw me wearing scrubs , and thought I might be facing a long day at work . She was right I would have a 10 hour day that day at work to take to work. Extra snacks were complimentary for me . Of course I tipped her big time and told her her kindness was greatly appreciated . Her kindness to me helped me to look forward to my working day with my patients . Great place to stay. Going forward This will be my place to stay in the near future. "

"We thought the grounds and facility were wonderful. We loved the concept. But, it needed some TLC. It has the potential to be fabulous place. It is a shame that it is not kept up as it should be. You should not call it a “….Hotel and Spa”, if you do not have the Spa open for guest. It us so unique, we would love to see it thrive. Thank you!"
