"Leo, and Beto where very helpful. I did have an issue with Sam, the server at Siempre. I had guests from Copala for dinner, and Sam was terrible and not attentive. We I asked for the bill, it took him 1 hour to figure out how I could pay for the parts that were my guest and not included under the all inclusive plan. Three attempts later. I was able to pay. Very frustrating and embarrassing when trying to entertain guest."

"Gorgeous resort aesthetically. Lovely architecture. Very friendly staff and fantastic food. No kids so it was nice and peaceful and there is no timeshare sell which is incredible. It is about 30 minutes from party Cabo and 30 minutes from the airport which makes it a prime location for a chill couples getaway and not a loud and crazy experience like you'd think when visually a Cabo vacation. Still they had some fun activities daily that people could participate in as well. The only downsides to the resort were a not swim-able beach directly in front of the hotel (there was one about a 10 minute walk away though) and one night we ordered about 5 dishes (some apps some entrees) for room service dinner and were questioned by the person on the phone as to why we were ordering enough food for 3 people when we were only two lol. It’s a 24/7 room service policy all inclusive, so not sure if that struck a nerve or something. Overall great value minus the one incident where someone was a bit judgmental and the lack of direct beach/swim availability."

"The resort is very family friendly with activities and areas for children families. The staff were very helpful and attentive! Lots of food options and the outdoor spaces are well maintained. I feel the rooms could use a bit more sprucing up (whiten tile grout/mold in bathrooms, repaint room walls and tvs can be smart/wifi enabled so people can connect to their own streaming apps or atleast more english channels) but overall, its a very nice resort"
