We had an issue with the AC, however the lovely staff immediately started fixing it and the issue was resolved fast. "More of a complex than a hotel, had to drive around twice to find check in. Dissapointed with communication. reported on the first night that the heating, cooling was not working and the patio door would not lock, these issues were ignored. Otherwise, very good stay and fantastic choice of food."

"All was good. Very friendly people. Hotel's restaurant is very spacious with very quick and efficient staff. Food was as expected. Hotel holds 4 stars, but would say it is 3 star plus. The reason is bathroom is out of date, WiFi speed is bad plus you have to pay for it. There is 1h free per day but it is useless. In my opinion if you sell Internet, make sure it has no issues. All in all was satisfying "

"Although we booked Alamos Apartments the deluxe 2 bed one we were initially given was clearly not as per the photos/description so the manager moved us to another in the block nearer the sea called Playa Verde which was much better and actually had the sea view promised (and a great one from the 7th floor!)"

"Good location, very accommodating staff, nice pool. Cheap and cheerful. If you plan to use the kitchenette, be warned- only a couple of plates, mugs, glasses, forks and butter knives provided, one saucepan and one frying pan, toaster and kettle. Will need to bring/buy anything else needed."

"Schönes Appartman direkt am Strand. Restaurants und Supermarket auch direkt daneben. Der Strand ist sauber mit sehr klares Wasser. Das Appartman ist gut ausgerüstet. Check In und Out war sehr einfach. Nur das Parken war schwierig und das Wifi hat die ganze Woche nicht funktioniert."
