"It was a clean room and the staff when I called was helpful and it was at a good location close to the Gothic area. The booking however did not mention that there was no bathroom in the room and the reservation number that the hotel provides on Expedia is not the same as the reservation number that you must use to self-check in which they send within their instructions but when you do not have service and cannot see the pdf it is impossible to find.
