2 minute walk to fabulous beach, quiet in the evening yet with great restaurants less than a few 100 yards away. Can make it into down Barcelona in 25 minutes. Great combination of beach and site-seeing location. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff is the main reason you want to stay here. I've stayed at many hotels that are comfortable, clean and in a good area but the way you are treated by the staff makes a huge difference. This one had all you want in a hotel but when the staff makes you feel like you are staying with family, in a very sincere, kind environment this puts you at ease when you visit a foreign country.

As always, I enjoyed my stay at the Paxton. This is basically the only hotel I use when in Barcelona. Clean, modern with nice amenities. Staff is nice and helpful.

We stayed for three nights and had a wonderful, comfortable experience. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and well maintained, and we would definitely love to stay here again!

This hotel is in an excellent location. Blocks from Las Ramblas, the beachfront, old town, and great tapas. The hotel has a glorious rooftop restaurant with amazing food that’s priced right. On the subject of food, as you exit the hotel, turn right, then turn right at the first corridor. Walk straight ahead crossing over one nartow street. Then, at the next intersection turn right. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe here. Easy and safe walk to the metro and trains. Very friendly staff.

It is one of the most beautiful properties I've stayed in. There were incredible spaces all around the hotel that were great for just chillaxing. Closed the rooftop pool 3 of the 4 nights - and there was good service and great food up there.

Would recommend this location for anyone going to the port for a cruise or centrally located near La ramble st. Easy to walk to the metro or take a taxi. Great staff and breakfast. This is our second stay with them.

My husband and I traveled to Barcelona on business and holiday. We found the staff to be extremely professional and friendly. The hotel is located in the heart of Barcelona with a taxi at your service at all times. The Roof Top Bar is great with its delicious food and lively music. If you want some sun, you can "catch some rays" by the pool with a tropical drink in your hand with large pool towels available.
